2. Migration Agent Services
applyvisa provides immigration consulting services through Daniel Mehdi Latifi (MARN: 2518904), a registered migration agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
Our services include:
- Immigration advice and consultation
- Visa application preparation and lodgment
- Document review and verification
- Communication with the Department of Home Affairs
- Appeals and review applications
3. Client Obligations
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Promptly provide all requested documents and information
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
- Pay all fees as agreed and on time
- Follow legal advice and instructions provided
- Respect confidentiality of other clients
4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are set out in our engagement letter or service agreement. All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Professional fees are separate from government charges
- Government fees are subject to change without notice
- Payment plans may be available by agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in accordance with our service agreement and Australian Consumer Law. Government fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the Department.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of applyvisa or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not liable for decisions made by the Department of Home Affairs or other government agencies

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Professional Standards
We adhere to the Migration Agents Code of Conduct and maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by law. The Code of Conduct is available at our office or via the OMARA website.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards. We will not disclose your information without your consent except as required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination:
- You remain liable for all fees incurred up to termination
- We will provide you with your documents upon payment of outstanding fees
- We may retain copies of documents as required by law

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
