4. Fees and Payment

• Late payments may incur additional charges

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with our service agreement and Australian Consumer Law. Government fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the Department.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination:

• You remain liable for all fees incurred up to termination
• We will provide you with your documents upon payment of outstanding fees
